Code63 Labs builds measurement and response systems for local businesses. The finding behind this door came out of attribution work for an appointment practice: tracing thirteen months of inquiries from first contact to closed work, we found a third of staff-entered inquiries never got a follow-up record created — the contact existed, the next step didn't. Nobody in that building was careless. There was simply no system making the next step automatic, and nothing anywhere that made the failure visible.

Web forms are that same failure with the volume turned down: submissions land where nobody owns them, age through the hours nobody staffs, and die without a sound. So this door exists — the measurement discipline, aimed at the quietest leak in local business.
