The four axes

• Response speed (30%). From submission to a real, personal response — during business hours and outside them. An auto-acknowledgment counts only if it carries a genuine next step.
• Hours coverage (25%). What a submission arriving Saturday morning gets back before Monday. Forms are the after-hours channel; scoring them on business hours alone would flatter everyone.
• Follow-up persistence (25%). How many times a non-responding form lead hears from you. One reply is a coin flip against a busy person's Tuesday.
• Channel coverage (20%). Whether the ways customers actually reach you — form included — are all watched and answered, against what's expected for your business type.

Self-reported first, measured second

The free score is what you tell us, labeled as that. The $500 discovery measures what actually happens: over five business days we place timed test submissions through your real website form — different hours, different days, weekend included, with your written permission. Every submission is logged the second it's sent; every response is logged the second it arrives. You get the measured report beside your self-reported one, and the gap between them is usually the most useful page.

What we don't do

• No access to your website or systems needed — we measure from the outside, like a customer.
• No probes on channels or windows you exclude. Permission is written and explicit.
• No padded findings. "Your form flow works" is a deliverable we're glad to hand you, in writing.
